“I grab my guitar, pick a few notes, and the world disappears,” says Bev Finch. “Sometimes words swirl around in my head … crashing together with crazy abandon. Then slowly but surely they bond … stringing together to tell a story. Mixed with melody, the confusion becomes a song.”

Bev performs independently, in duos and larger bands on Vancouver Island. Depending venue requirements, Bev can arrange any combination of players and styles, with tunes ranging from Blues to Folk to Country Rock, and rock & roll. “I’m multi- genre-ational”, says Finch.
