Our positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay if you want your favourite spot! Preference will be given to those who have volunteered before, but there are plenty of spots to fill so don’t be shy!
Volunteer Perks
A day pass for a minimum of 4 hours volunteered and other perks TBA
Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew
The ‘jack of all trades’ who sets up the stage, tents, electrical, lighting, hauls equipment to and from storage areas, and anything else that needs doing. You must be available Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before the festival begins for set-up, and the day after the festival for tear-down.
Stage Crew
Sets up the stage, sets up equipment and instruments, helps with set changes.
Talent Hospitality Crew
Supports performers by staffing the Green Room, provides security for instruments, liaises with accommodation providers, trouble-shoots any problem performers have.
Media & Promotions Crew
Photographer, website support, organizing and managing merchandise sales, advertising.
Fundraising Crew
Writes grants and contacts sponsors for donations.
Merchandise & 50/50 Crew
Manages ordering festival merchandise, sells festival merchandise, sells performer merchandise and roams the crowd selling 50/50 tickets.
Parking Crew
Directs excited festival goers into appropriate parking spaces.
Box Office
Sells tickets and checks wristbands.
Camp Management Crew
Takes camping bookings, helps campers get set-up, helps campers tear-down.
Kids Zone
Have some fun face-painting, rock painting, colouring and maybe a water fight or two ..
Gate & Security Crew
Checks wristbands at the gates, check bags and coolers for outside alcohol and provides general security for the site.
Site Environment Crew
Keeps the site tidy, manages garbage cans and recyclables, keeps the bathrooms tidy.
