Ricken Alley are a husband and wife duo who have been playing together for over 20 years. Rick was brought into the studio to play on songs Aly was recording, and the rest is history.
They both play multiple instruments and infuse their harmonies into a wide range of both covers and originals. The sound of Ricken Alley is a blend of roots, folk, rock and blues.
They have been coming to Texada Island almost as long as they’ve been playing together, gracing the stages of Diversity Festival many years in the past. They bring their family up to their trailer on the High Road as much as possible and love to jam with the many talented musicians that grace this amazing island.
